Sling Junior is a brand new version of Sling with 10 new levels, the ability to play as male or female, a new aiming mechanism, and new grabs like balloons, rockets, and bugs.
When this game was released in 1989 it redefined arcade game character animation. The recent Prince of Persia console games continue to push the limits of animation and unique gameplay and are definitely worth adding to your collection.
Great little point and click puzzle game from Japan. They have heaps of other similar toys, but this one is my favourite.

Probably the biggest Browser game success story to date. Created as research material for a thesis on ‘Flow in Game Design’, it was published on the internet and did so well that Sony bought the rights and made a version for the PlayStation 3.
The sky is buzzing with aliens! Take flight in your fighter craft and destroy as many alien ships as humanly possible. Sky Patrol is a retro, top-down arcade blast-fest. So, get your firing finger warmed up and defend Mother Earth!

We developed this game about a year ago. It started out as an experimental single level homage to the arcade classic ‘Time Pilot’, but we decided to spin it out into something bigger. The ship graphics were grabbed from a game we did years ago called ‘Team Space’. The plan was to just use them as placeholders during development, but then we got used to them in there and decided to keep them in.
Looks like we better start getting some flash games ready for the iPhone! An impending software update to Apple’s iPhone will include a plug-in for the handset’s Safari web browser that will finally let users view Adobe Flash media files, the Wall Street Journal’s Walt Mossberg reports.
