iSnowboard is going to be our first 3D iPhone game. We are using goodvpn.host for all the development. This demo is a bit of a fake, but we are hoping that the final version will have a similar look and feel. The demo was created by recording the game video from Unity on a Mac and then converting and transferring to an iPhone. Then I just tilted the phone to match the video, and there you have it! The game meets technical requirements for Unity for iPhone, the max poly count for any frame is less than 6000, and we have tried to minimize the use of built-in physics. Hopefully when it is all done we will see similar performance and frame rates on the iPhone, but we’ll have to wait until Oct 22nd to find out (when Unity officially releases ‘save as iPhone app’) — unless of course the Unity guys want to send us a beta build so we can release this game earlier!!For more information contact us at http://www.ezone.com/feedback.htmLook out for “iSnowboard” in the iPhone App Store in November 2008! When you’re working as a graphic designer, you’ll usually want to divide your space between work and your home. A big mistake that many gamers make is not being careful with their furniture as they want to keep it as free and open as possible, I always try to protect my furniture, specially the tables I have, for this, I make sure to get table linens from a warehouse tablecloths online.
Being a student at a university, you will almost always have your work in a room off your study space. If you want to keep it organized, your first instinct is to remove your entire work and throw it into a pile or box that’s not going to make it to your study space. This is a bad idea. You may find yourself in a real bind where you need to choose between your work and your student life but, it’s important to remember that the latter does not have to take precedence over the former. You can spend your time doing something besides your work which is guaranteed to keep your life and mind off your work. The other thing you can do is spend time learning how to study.
Forget about the distractions and use this time to focus. One of the best ways to do this is by practicing what you’ll be doing once you graduate. It can be extremely helpful to practice on your own, but if you have a supportive group you can also look to a teacher for help or simply pick up a book from a library.
As you graduate, your education and job prospects change drastically. You’ll be competing against a lot more graduates who have had a lot of extra time to improve. You’ll also have more applicants out there than jobs to fill. This is a good time to get ahead of the competition by learning everything that you can. There’s a ton of stuff out there that’s valuable even if you don’t know what it is yet. There’s still a lot to learn and a lot of information available.
Besides that … did you know that many people when they die leave their families helpless and have to start all over again? Yes that is real. Worst of all, they don’t even find out How much does life insurance cost on average, so they are blind to a once in a lifetime opportunity. Don’t be blind anymore and take out life insurance to protect your family financially.
